As a cub, he was always rearranging the spice rack “to improve flavor balance,” and once hosted a full neighborhood picnic complete with handwritten menus and lavender lemonade. These days, he delights in sketching birds in his nature journal between batches of homemade honey pastries, which he pairs perfectly with a warm mug of steamed milk and a dash of nutmeg. Thoughtful, quietly charismatic, and a bit of a kitchen alchemist, Benjamin is refined - with a deliciously sweet twist.
